職位描述:
崗位職責(zé):
1、根據(jù)公司車貸及車險(xiǎn)年度計(jì)劃,按照相關(guān)流程開(kāi)展車貸及車險(xiǎn)(含新保、續(xù)保)業(yè)務(wù)銷售工作,完成車貸及車險(xiǎn)(含新保、續(xù)保)業(yè)務(wù)銷售目標(biāo);
2、收集和分析當(dāng)?shù)仄囐J款及汽車保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)信息、競(jìng)品貸款及車險(xiǎn)信息、動(dòng)向;
3、按照車貸和車險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)流程的要求開(kāi)展車貸和車險(xiǎn)(含新保、續(xù)保)用戶的接待工作;
4、利用汽車金融相關(guān)it系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)提報(bào)、客戶管理,負(fù)責(zé)客戶回訪,客戶檔案維護(hù),開(kāi)展客戶維系工作;
5、制定車貸及車險(xiǎn)(含新保、續(xù)保)銷售話術(shù),并負(fù)責(zé)體驗(yàn)店相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)。
崗位要求:
1、具有2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2、熟知金融及保險(xiǎn)政策,有相關(guān)資源;
3、溝通能力較好,具備話術(shù)制定及培訓(xùn)能力;
4、工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),具有良好的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)。

任職要求:
1、學(xué)歷要求:本科及以上,金融、保險(xiǎn)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、2年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有保險(xiǎn)銷售、信貸金融類工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
3、熟悉國(guó)家金融保險(xiǎn)政策,熟悉汽車行業(yè)和汽車金融保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作,具備行業(yè)發(fā)展分析能力;
4、較強(qiáng)的溝通表達(dá)能力及協(xié)調(diào)能力,良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力;
5、熟練使用office辦公軟件;

together with group team member to continuously improve and optimize dealers f&i business in order to achieve group’s overall f&i quantitative and qualitative target
main tasks
1.monitor dealer’s f&i performance on daily basis, drive work efforts to meet kpis set.
2.assist group f&i director in negotiating with e_ternal business partners in order to improve dealer’s cooperation condition and ma_imize f&i profit at dealership.
3.consolidate, analyse operational data to provide business report for managerial decision making.
4.assist group f&i director in optimizing f&i products and the working process and ensure the proper e_ecution of group strategy at dealerships.
5.in collaboration with group training academy, to organize related f&i trainings to improve soft-skill of dealer’s sale force.
6.in collaboration with group’s audit and compliance department to monitor the operational risks and ensure deale's f&i operation is in compliance with local regulations and company’s inner policy.
7.handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
profile of requirements / personality requirements
education
?bachelors / master’s degree in finance and insurance, business management, economics.
?previous working e_perience in auto retail group, insurance company and bank is preferable.
soft skills / other requirements
?proficient in english and mandarin, both written and oral,
?proficiency with microsoft office suite (word, e_cel, access & powerpoint);
?quick learner, result driven and willing to take new challenges;
?willing to travel (up to 30%).
