a product engineer ensures the process flow from product design to project nomination till prototype delivery. this function also can assist project launching phase till 6 months after sop， if needed
主要職責
to master vehicle planning within e_isting customers， identify oem design direction and actively seek opportunities to lead oem product designs and new technology implementation together with internal technical team in very early phase of new vehicle development， to ensure the delivered solution is understood and prioritized by customers.
to plan and organize technical visits to gestamp new clients during early design stage， presenting and recommending innovative solutions and alternatives， along with commercial team if necessary， to gain customer confidence.
to clarify product specifications with oems in order to ensure related deliverable in adequate quality， costs， timing etc.. to define development targets with team， lead or support fmea/dvp/prototype/testing process to ensure they are in line with customer requirements.
to support on negotiation processes with clients on timing， quotations， quality and other related project information etc.， in coordination with commercial and divisional team， to ensure an effective contribution from technical side.
to research and benchmark on market trends and competitor information， to identify best practice and future business opportunities.
to work according to automotive standards and internal project/ quality system.

1. be responsible for bodys 2d/3d part design, according to suggestion from cae/craft analysis department to modify product structure and craft;

2. knowledge of reverse engineering process (including vehicle dismantling and vehicle parts management) and relevant e_perienced preferred;
