如果您是國際上大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘/人工智能/機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)方面的大師,或曾與業(yè)界大師(如 tom mitchell,m.i.jordan, jon m. kleinberg, c.m.bishop,geoffrey e. hinton, jurgen schmidhuber 等)一起工作/學(xué)習(xí)過,您將是合適的人選!

首席架構(gòu)師的主要職責(zé):(包括但不限于):

1.及時跟進(jìn)并熟悉業(yè)界最先進(jìn)的大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘/人工智能/機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)方面的技術(shù)進(jìn)展

2.規(guī)劃寶藤集團(tuán)的大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘/人工智能的發(fā)展路線圖,并引領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊及時完善寶藤的人工智能相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品,使之保持業(yè)界內(nèi)的領(lǐng)先性

3.與相關(guān)部門(市場部,醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)部 等)緊密合作,不斷更新寶藤集團(tuán)人工智能方面的技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品

4.積極參與公司必要的團(tuán)隊建設(shè),項目會議,等活動

5.積極幫助同事,具有團(tuán)隊合作的精神

6.遵守公司的各項規(guī)章/制度等

資格要求:

1.博士及以上學(xué)歷,數(shù)學(xué),生物信息,計算機(jī),神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí) 等相關(guān)專業(yè)

2.熟悉人工智能學(xué)習(xí)的基本工作原理及其架構(gòu),包括 常用的搜索理論,推理策略,人工智能架構(gòu)及其編程語言 等

3.熟悉人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)理,人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型 等。熟悉機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)的原理和架構(gòu)。

4.熟悉常用的智能學(xué)習(xí)算法,如 貝葉斯算法,決策樹,回歸,knn算法,svm, boosting 算法,em 算法,感知器學(xué)習(xí)算法,k-means等。

5.最好有分子診斷方面的知識和經(jīng)驗,如 dna/rna/蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)/代謝組學(xué) 等相關(guān)的知識 等。

6.5年以上的人工智能學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)方面(和其算法)的開發(fā)經(jīng)驗。5年及以上 的.net/c#/asp.net/c++/matlab/r/scala/python/java 和 數(shù)據(jù)庫 的開發(fā)經(jīng)驗。熟悉b/s 架構(gòu)的程序開發(fā)。

7.熟悉大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘框架,包括 hadoop, spark, tensorflow, caffe等

8.有醫(yī)療行業(yè)相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗者為先。

9.有良好的溝通能力,具有團(tuán)隊合作的精神

10.自學(xué)能力強(qiáng),工作態(tài)度好,積極向上者為先

第2篇 智慧園區(qū)首席架構(gòu)師職位描述與崗位職責(zé)任職要求

職位描述:

工作職責(zé):

1、根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略需求,制定公司產(chǎn)品研發(fā)計劃、目標(biāo)和實施方案,保證研發(fā)項目按期、保質(zhì)、保量完成,項目管理及團(tuán)隊建設(shè);

2.確立技術(shù)路線, 建立開發(fā)流程,

3、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品市場信息收集,產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)意概念提煉,指導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃落實,并督導(dǎo)研發(fā)工作;

4、負(fù)責(zé)公司技術(shù)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊的管理,協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部資源,為研發(fā)工作提供良好的平臺;

6、負(fù)責(zé)主導(dǎo)公司新產(chǎn)品項目立項,制定項目計劃,把控項目進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量;

7、負(fù)責(zé)主導(dǎo)公司現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的升級,并定期向上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報研發(fā)的進(jìn)展?fàn)顩r;

任職要求:

1、計算機(jī)專業(yè)或信息技術(shù)專業(yè),本科以上學(xué)歷;

2、it行業(yè)技術(shù)工作10年,其中有5年以上研發(fā)團(tuán)隊管理經(jīng)驗;

3、具備軟件開發(fā)及架構(gòu)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗;熟悉rfid, zigbee, wifi等物聯(lián)網(wǎng)硬件技術(shù)

4. 熟悉_mpp/coap/mqtt/dds等物聯(lián)網(wǎng)通信協(xié)議和解決方案

5.掌握主流開發(fā)語言(java, .net)及軟件架構(gòu)設(shè)計,熟悉主流數(shù)據(jù)庫(oracle, sqlserver等)

6、具備相關(guān)項目管理經(jīng)驗;

7、具備良好的規(guī)劃與統(tǒng)籌安排能力、信息收集與處理能力、創(chuàng)新能力、團(tuán)隊建設(shè)能力和溝通能力;

8、有醫(yī)療信息化、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)、大數(shù)據(jù)研發(fā)背景;

9、思維清晰且富有激情,能提出新產(chǎn)品的個人見解;

10、熟悉軟硬件開發(fā)常用軟件工具。
