b：因?yàn)槲疫@個(gè)周末要去barbecue.
a：barbecue?
b：yes，barbecue 如今是個(gè)時(shí)髦的詞，原來你還不知道，那讓我告訴你吧。

b： barbecue 來源于海地語，最初是指由樹樁制成的木制平臺，是人們當(dāng)床用的 。而barbecue 最早出現(xiàn)在英語之中有床和燒烤架兩種意思，到了18世紀(jì)才發(fā)展成今天的烤肉,燒烤之意。大家是不是越聽越有食欲了呢?好了，選擇一個(gè)風(fēng)和日麗的周末和你的mom and dad 一起去barbecue 吧!

b：今天我們要介紹另一種動物，sheep，綿羊。
a：當(dāng)我們把顏色 black 黑色 和 sheep 綿羊放在一起使用時(shí)，意思可就完全不一樣了哦。
sheep 綿羊是性情溫順的動物，通常用來比喻善良，純潔的人。一群綿羊中有時(shí)會夾雜一只長黑毛的綿羊，因?yàn)楹诰d羊不如白綿羊值錢，所以black sheep 就比喻為無用之輩，大家明白了嗎?black sheep 指人時(shí)是無用之輩的意思哦，大家一定要記住，千萬不要鬧出笑話了。
a：今天說到sheep綿羊，我們再說說其它動物吧，說起魚(fish)你們一定嘴巴有點(diǎn)兒饞了吧!可要小心喲，并不是所有的fish魚都能吃的。
b：不信 !那今天我們就來說說不能吃的fish.提起fish，它給人們的第一印象便是指魚，
a：但在英語口語里，fish還常常被用來指人，類似于漢語里的家伙、東西等。

a：愚蠢而又可憐的家伙

a：愚人節(jié)的受愚弄者
b：cool fish
a：冷靜而大膽的家伙或臉皮厚的人

b：在以上例子中必須注意的是，fish用來指人時(shí)形象雖然鮮明，但往往含有貶義。

spring festival is the most important festival in china. everyone tries to be at home with their family. people have a big meal in the evening.

people in northern china always make dumplings. each family cooks some delicious food. nowadays many people like to have dinners in good restaurants.
